I don’t diagnose or provide therapy. Therapists focus on healing and clinical care; my work is performance-based coaching, building discipline, confidence, and mental tools for real-time application. When needed, coaching can complement therapy, not replace it.
I coach standards, not hype. The focus is mindset, accountability, and consistent execution—especially when it’s hard. The goal is long-term resilience and impact, not temporary motivation.
